A New York style is a large hand-tossed thin crust pizza, often sold in slices to go. I keep toppings simple. Slices are large and wide and often eaten while folded in half along the crust both for convenience, allowing the slice to be eaten one-handed and to control the flow of any oil running off the slice in both directions.

I have spent many hours researching the ingredients that I use. These ingredients are sourced from producers far and wide and are chosen, not only for the quality, but also because they are farmed responsibly. I never penny pinch and always pay a fair price for my ingredients.
